Welcome to Salty Waves Salon & Wellness! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

PRICES/ PAYMENTS

Prices listed online are starting prices and are subject to change without notice. All pricing is a la carte to ensure that clients do not pay for services they haven’t received. Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of the appointment, as determined by us. We accept cash and major credit cards

CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS

When you schedule an appointment with me, that time is exclusively reserved for you. I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment. This helps me accommodate other clients who may need the time slot. In the event that you cancel, change, or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a 50% fee based on the cost of the service(s) scheduled. For "day-of" appointment cancellations or no-shows, a 50% fee will be charged. Failure to pay the fee will result in the termination of our working relationship In the event we have to cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will honor this policy and give you 50% off that service at your rescheduled visit. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to accommodate such situations. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us directly via phone or email. Please provide your name, appointment date, and time when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling. Salty Waves Salon & Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to clients who repeatedly violate our cancellation policy or fail to show up for appointments without notice. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.

LATE ARRIVALS

Automatic appointment reminders are sent out via email and text 3 days before and 24 hours before your appointment. Even with these reminders, it is still up to you to put your reservation in your calendar. Please be sure that the contact information I have on file for you is correct and that emails are not going to junk/spam. If you will be more than 5 mins late for your appointment please text me at 239-571-1553. If you are more than 10 mins late for your appointment we may need to omit parts of your service or terminate the service all together.

"No shows" or appointments that are missed without any notice, will be asked to pay for their missed appointment in full prior to rebooking.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

If I need to close the salon due to inclement weather or school closure, I will do my very best to give you 2 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel your appointment due to inclement weather then the cancellation policy does not apply.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

If there's ever a time you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 5 days of your appointment and we will do everything in our power to find a solution. Charges for services adjustments will be made on a case by case basis. Any adjustments brought to my attention in excess of 5 days will be charged as a new appointment at full price.

Extension Hair:
Extension hair is non-refundable and cannot be returned. I guarantee that extension hair should last at least 3 months with proper home care and recommended hair care purchased from the salon. If the hair is proven to have a manufacturing defect, then it could be replaced by the manufacturer.
Due to the artistic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services performed and per manufacturer's policies all extension sales are final

Retail Exchanges:
Retail products can be exchanged, not returned, within one week of purchase.

CHILDREN

Being in a salon suite I need to be courteous of the surrounding professionals, as well as space is limited in my suite. I ask that you please make childcare arrangements and not bring your children to your appointment if they are of age that will need your full attention.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Salty Waves Salon & Wellness
